From a young age, I’ve always had a deep love for dance and movement. Back then, and even now, I feel completely free and in tune with myself whenever I connect with my body.
I find this connection through pole dancing, which blends dance, strength, flexibility, and mobility. It’s also where I find my challenges, determination, and personal growth. There’s nothing quite like the feeling of nailing a new pole trick!
With my background in yoga and strength training, I’m here to guide you through our pole stretch and conditioning classes, and I’ll be right there beside you every step of the way.
